to many people living in the north and especially in the north eastern part of Nigeria is not a new word, and if at all it is, the recent festival of killings by security forces in some northern states under the genocidal directive of our inert-turn-active president and C-in-C of the armed forces of Nigeria, Mr. Umaru Musa Yar’adua is branding enough.

The word “Boko Haram” is coined from the combination of two words, Boko-a Hausa word for the type of education introduced by Europeans and Haram, an Arabic word meaning forbidden. By this literal definition, one does not need to be a historian to be able to mark out where the wind blows from.

In order to have a clear understanding of the whole issue, there is the need to dig down in to the origin and concept of the doctrine of “Boko Haram“.

In pursuance of the truth, and for the sake of posterity, common sense will need to assess the alleged crime(s) of the proponents of the ideology of Boko haram, and the action of Mr. President and his security forces, the media reaction to the event of the massacre, the role of other Islamic clerics, the northern leaders, politicians and the general public vis-à-vis Yar’adua’s concept of the rule of law.

The word Boko Haram may be seen as new from a shallow perspective, but the concept started off from northern Nigeria when Europeans under the pretext of colonialism began to play double cards, by introducing their type of education along side Christianity in the Muslim dominated north that was already operating on sound Islamic jurisdiction, distinctive societal values and administration, as well as comprehensive Islamic educational system due to long time romance with the Arab world and the effects of the 19^{th century Islamic Jihad led by Sheik Usman bin fodio.}

As a result of what the Northerners perceived as a ploy by Europeans to rubbish their religious values and replace it with Christianity in the first instance, and the ample evidences of practical steps to mask-and-serve Christianity in western education by Christian missionaries, the northern Muslims began to declare that the education the Europeans claimed to be dispensing called Boko is Haram or forbidden.

Owing to this clash of dissimilar ideologies between Christian imperialists and the Northern Muslim communities, many parents had to withdraw and hid their children in order to save their belief and moral values from being contaminated. In some instances, it was agreed that this event is one of the major reasons behind the north’s poor participation in “western education” today.

After more than a century, those olden days local Muslim folks that resisted Boko (Western education) in the north, and without foot dragging declared it Haram, are today being vindicated by the attitude of our Boko trained workforce.

The Boko products are always fond of shying-away from their responsibilities; as such when they make laws, they become the first to break them, and no one has the authority to challenge them. Trickery and prostitution were totally rejected by the society only before it received the impetus of the Boko people, now these taboos are well recognised as part of our white collar professionals.

When they take public office, they take oath of office with Quran or Bible to protect and implement the provision of their own personal desires put together as “constitution”, and forgets about upholding to divine injunctions contained in those holy books for the good of all mankind.

Although both the Nineteenth century and today’s Muhammad Yusuf’s concept of Boko is Haram are essentially the same. The mechanisms of Yusuf’s argument are derived from the obvious anomalies stated in the three preceding paragraphs.

and the need for Muslims to acquire it through any means that does not compromise the injunctions of Almighty Allah upon mankind.

To every right thinking mind, this has never been and cannot be tantamount to declaration of any agenda seeking to prohibit Muslims or other group of people from struggling to acquire the so called Western education. Boko haram is a simple protest over the perceived and apparent moral decay associated with Western educational system, and the need to indoctrinate the fear of Allah alone and de-emphasize the pursuance of evil principles and practices that tow the system and our life style in the negative direction.

Pitifully, this is the simple justice that many people couldn’t do to Muhammad Yusuf’s profound argument on Western education system. Simply because the man does not agree to decorating a fraudulent empire!

For instance, Allah has forbidden any gathering what so ever, where men and women mingle freely in the same environment except under transient abnormal circumstances that one doesn’t have any control over. If you are a Muslim, kindly ask your self, what do we have in our universities and who said it shall be like that? Allah has indeed commanded, and they also have commanded, but we intentionally decided on their scheme. Gentlemen, is it not right for us to be specific on who our Lord is? This and the absence of God in science and politics are exactly what Yusuf arguments on Boko are all about. Could he be wrong? Let us ask ourselves first!

Sheik Muhammad Yusuf looked around for remedy against the evils associated with our educational system, against the evil of election riggers, against the evils of corrupt judges, against the evils of our security organizations (who joyfully killed hundreds of Muslims in Jos and other parts of the country over the years), against the evils of treasury looters, against perversion by some Muslims and traditional rulers (who benefits from the 19th Century Jihad), against the architects of divide and rule, opportunism, nepotism and sectionalism, but found it no where within the sphere of the Westerly influenced system.

This is because from the parliament to judiciary, to Executive and the securities, they are all products of the same rotten Boko system. What we sow is what we shall reap. The Western education is wrapped-and-served in a corrupt secular ethics and so it products shall operate.

In this type of system, authorities cannot provide anything meaningful for their subjects; rather they will resort to playing with human psyche, organizing foot ball, music, beauty pageant, carnivals and many other types of diversionary events. If these authorities are responsible they couldn’t fly abroad just to check their BP, while other citizens are at the mercy of decayed infrastructures.

Yusuf began to device and implement what he believes is the best solution to counter the mess of our own brand of westernization. First, he started by enjoining people to do only those things approved by Allah no matter how such may appear in the eyes of the custodians of corruption, and keep away from anything disapproved by Allah (including free mingling between men and women as is the case in our educational institutions) no matter the material benefits attached. He urged Muslims to stick to the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet, reading it constantly, memorizing it, understanding it and putting it into practice. He admonished Muslims to shun all kinds of religious innovations (shirk). He called who ever care, to migrate (Hijra) away from the evils being perpetrated in the main stream of our society, at least to a sanctuary, where they can practice Islam as commanded by Allah SWT and exemplified by Prophet Muhammad peace and be upon Him.

Certainly Prophet Muhammad SAW has enjoined Muslims on importance of military training and the need to keep arms at all times. Unlike other Muslims, Sheik Muhammad Yusuf did not ignore this particular command of the Prophet SAW.

THE IMAM AND SHAHEED (INSHA ALLAH) WAS A YOUNG BROTHER OF THE AGE 40, WITH 4 WIVES AND ABOUT 20 CHILDREN. HE MEMORIZED THE QUR’AN AT AN EARLY AGE AND PROCEEDED TO STUDY MORE. HE LEARNT UNDER HIS FATHER AND OTHER SHYUOOKH OF HIS AREA. AMONGST THE FAMOUS SCHOLARS IN NIGERIA HE LEARNT UNDER WAS A SHAYKH JA’AFAR. BUT HE DISAGREED WITH HIM IN SOME ASPECTS OF AL-WALLA WAL BARAH WHICH MADE HIM LEAVE THE STUDY CIRCLE OF THE SHAYKH AND STARTED HIS CALL TO THE PURE TAWHEED AND AL-WALLA WAL BARAH. HE FACED ALOT OF PROSECUTION FROM BOTH THE GOVERNMENT AND THE SO CALLED AHL SUNNAH GROUP IN THE COUNTRY. BUT THE IMAM WAS NEVER DETERRED. HE WAS IMPRISONED MANY TIMES AND HIS STUDENTS IN MANY INSTANCES WERE EITHER ARRESTED OR BEATEN BECAUSE OF THEIR DA’AWAH. ALL ACCUSED HIM OF BEEN IGNORANT BUT THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO CLEARLY DEFET HIM IN THE DEBATES HE HAD WITH THEM. AMONG HIS CALL WAS TO MAKE HIJRA FROM THE SCHOOLS SET ON THE BASIS OF THE WESTERN IDEOLOGY FOR THAT WAS THE MAIN CAUSE OF DESTRUCTION OF THE AQEDAH OF TAWHEED. HIS MAIN PROFF FOR THIS CALL WAS THE POPULAR BOOK OF THE SHAYKH BAKR BIN ZAID ON MADARASIL AALAMIYYA. SINCE MOST OF THE SCHOLARS AND THE POPULACE WERE ALREADY DRENCHED IN HUBU DUNYA. AND THIS CERTIFICATES AWARDED IN SUCH SCHOOLS WERE JUST LIKE A TICKET TO ASSURE THEIR DUNYA, THEY DELIBERATELY USED THIS TO TURN THE POPULACE AGAINST HIM. AND THUS HID THE TRUTH THAT THIS IMAM HAD An authentic precedence ON THIS CALL. THE MAIN ASPECT OF HIS CALL WAS TO ESTABLISH SHARIYYAH AS ALLAH WANTS IN NIGERIA. HE REPEATED THIS MANY TIMES BUT THEY CHOOSE NOT TO HEAR. HE CONTINUED HIS CAL AND IN THE NATURE OF TRUTH, IT STARTED SINKING INTO THE HEARTS OF THE SINCERE YOUTHS AND THEY STARTED TO WITHDRAW FROM THE HALAQATS OF THE SO CALLED AHL SUNNAH. THIS MADE THEM ANGRY AND THUS THEY SHOWED THE GOVERNMENT THAT THIS MAN WAS ONLY CALLING TO PROBLEM AND THAT HE WAS NOT A TRUE MUSLIM. THIS MADE THE GOVERNMENT UNLEASH MORE HARSH TREATMENT ON TO THE GROUP. THE DA’AWAH CONTINUED AND THE SHAYHK WAS GAINING MORE GROUNDS. SOME OF HIS STUDENTS WERE ONCE GOING FOR BURY 4 OF TIER COLLEAGUES THAT DIED IN AN ACCIDENT WHEN SOME MOBILE POLICE STOPPED ONE OF THEM ON A BIKE AND ACCUSED HIM OF NOT WEARING A CRASH HELMET. BEFORE ANYTHING AND AS ITS THEIR USUAL HABIT, HE STARTED ASSAULTING HIM PHYSICALLY. ON SEEING THIS, THE OTHERS WERE JUST COMING DOWN OF THEIR VEHICLES TO INTER VAIN. THE IZZA IN THE BROTHERS MADE M.POLICE FEAR AND THEY OPENED FIRE ON ABOUT 20 OF THEM. THIS HAPPENED AND THE GOVT DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING. THE IMAM WAS AT THAT TIME ON ONE OF HIS USUAL VISITS WHEN HE WAS CONTACTED ON WAT HAD OCCURRED.

HE NOW MADE A 1 HR VIDEO TAPE OPEN LETTER TO THE FEDERAL GOVT AND TREATED THEM. THIS MADE ALL HIS STUDENTS FROM ALL PARTS OF THE COUNTRY TO MIGRATE TO HIS PLACE IN MAIDUGURI.

SOME OTHER THINGS ENSURED IN OTHER PARTS OF THE STATE BTW HIS MEMBERS AND THIS SO CALLED AHL SUNNAH. ONE OF HIS naqeeb WAS ARRESTED IN ANOTHER STATE AND HIS MEMBERS TOOK A PROTEST TO THE POLICE STATION TO GET HIM RELEASED AND THEY WERE FIRED AT WHICH LEAD TO THE MARTYRDOM (INSHA ALLAH) OF A LOT OF THEM. OTHERS WERE ROUNDED UP WHEN THEY WERE OBSERVING SALATUL SUBHI IN THAT SAME STATE. THIS WAS WAT SPARKED THE FINAL ENCOUNTER.

FROM SOURCES, IT WAS REPORTED THAT ALTHOUGH THE IMAM WANTED TO STRIKE BUT AT A LATER TIME, BECAUSE OF THE HOLY MONTH AND OTHER PREPARATIONS, HE WAS FORCED TO ATTACH AFTER HE WAS INFORMED THAT THE GOVT WAS ABOUT TO STORM HIS MARKAZ.

IMMEDIATELY THEY TOOK OVER A LOT OF PLACES IN MAIDUGURI BECAUSE THE POLICE COULDN’T MATCH THEIR TWAKKUL AND RESOLVE. SOLDIERS WITH TANKS AND AMORED TANKS WERE DEPLOIED. THEY BROTHERS WERE REPORTED TO HAVE SIZED ONE OF THE TANKS AND KILLED A LOT OF THE SOLDIERS OVER 200.

THE EARLY ATTACKS WERE LED BY THE SHAIKH HIMSELF, AND HIS ASSISTANT. HIS ASSISTANT WAS Martyred (INSHA ALLAH) BUT THE BATTLE PROCEEDED FEROCIOUSLY.

THE KING HAD TO PLEAD WITH HIM TO WITHDRAW BECAUSE WHEN THEY COULDN’T BREAK THE BROTHERS THEY STARTED VENTING THEIR ANGER AGAINST THE INNOCENT CIVILIANS. SO HE HAD TO WITHDRAW BUT HE WAS BETRAYED BY SOME GOVT INFORMANTS THAT HAVE SPIED FROM WITHIN AND THUS HE WAS MARTYRED (INSHA ALLAH) AFTER A FEARSOME BATTLE. MAY ALLAH HAVE MERCY ON HIM.

THE OTHER COMMANDERS HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WITHDRAW SAFELY AND HAVE PROMISED TO CONTINUE WITH THE JIHAD. NOW THERE IS A COMMAND FROM THE MURTAD PRESIDENT THAT ALL PERSONS WITH SUCH IDEAS SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY ARRESTED AND EXECUTED.

MY BROTHERS THERE IS MORE TO WHAT I HAVE JUST NARRATED HERE. BUT I HAVE TO LEAVE FOR ANOTHER TIME INSHA ALLAH. Srinagar, June 17 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, students of the various educational institutions in Shopian district have pledged to fight for the justice for the family of Asiya and Neelofar who were gang raped and murdered by Indian troops last month.

As the strike against the rape and killing of two young women entered 18th day in Shopian, hundreds of all the government and private schools of Shopian including the students of Green Land Educational Institute (the school where one of the victims, Asiya studied) took out a protest rally and demanded punishment to the persons involved in the crime.

Wearing uniform, hundreds of students’ who carried placards marched through different streets. They raised anti-India and “we want freedom” slogans.

The students reiterated that they will continue to boycott the classes unless and until the culprits involved in the gruesome incident are exposed and hanged in full public view.

“The murderers have snatched from us the cream of our school. She had made the institution proud by securing distinction in the matriculation exams. We cannot concentrate on our studies without seeing the killers of Asiya hanged before us,” said Yasir, an 11th class student of Green Land Educational Institute.

Meanwhile, scores of students along with transporters took to streets in various localities of Bandipora including Hajin, Shadipora, Sumbal and Niadkhi against the rape and murder of teenage girl and her three-month-old pregnant sister-in-law in Shopian.  The students who boycotted the classes shouted pro-freedom and anti-India slogans.

“Our sisters are feeling insecure in presence of huge troops in Kashmir and demilitarization is need of the hour,” said Shah Mudasir, a graduate student. He added that until the troops are present in Valley, the Shopian incident could happen in every nook and corner of the occupied territory.

The North Caucasus is the most problematic region of modern Russia, a tight cluster of political and economic contradictions. What the censored medium of Russian television shows, of course, is the “restoration of Chechnya”, the “building of a peaceful life” and the last of the insurgents clumsily scrambling out of the bushes in order to receive amnesty from President Kadyrov. Reason, however, refuses to place any credence in this grand scenario - it doesn’t look much like “law and order” when power in the republic is passed on by inheritance, and ex-terrorists form GRU military intelligence battalions armed to the teeth.

On the other hand, those who have access to sources of information other than TV may see a more truthful picture. The Caucasian feudal lords are constantly squabbling among themselves, and they have no qualms about resolving their differences by gunfights in the centre of Moscow. The Caucasian opposition politician ends his life thrown out of a police car with a bullet in his head, and Caucasian government ministers are killed at the hands of the spetsnaz. Not to mention all the abductions and murders that regularly take place in that part of the world.

It is also hard to avoid the realization that the Caucasus has already moved to us here in Central Russia, at least halfway. It has moved substantially, bringing with it all the features of its Caucasian identity such as the mandatory firing of pistols in the middle of the road (the so-called “Vainakh motor cavalcade”).

So it may be time to wonder: what would be a real and effective resolution of the “Caucasus question”? Depending on whose interests are to be met, of course. Our approach to the matter is based on the primacy of the interests of the Russian nation. For this one needs to use some imagination and suppose that the Russian government acts not in the interests of the state corporations and a small number of well-known persons, but in the interests of the Russian nation itself, whose existence is still not written into the current constitution.

And viewed from such an angle, the solution is quite simple - the separation of the North Caucasus from Russia. The idea is not a new one. It traditionally causes hysterical protests at a certain end of the political spectrum. But time is passing, the inertia of thought is cracking under the pressure reasonable arguments. And this view is heard with increasing frequency in nationalist circles - especially among Russian national democrats, of whom I am one.

The root of the current problems must be sought in the past. A cursory examination of the history of Russian-Caucasian relations is sufficient to dispose of any illusions about what that relationship may become in the future. Is it possible for Russians and Caucasians to peacefully coexist in a single state? Alas, the history of Russian-Caucasian relations is one of constant wars, bloody rebellions, punitive expeditions and unceasing partisan strife.

It is quite possible that many modern Russian city dwellers do not care about that history - they were “pulled up by the roots” long ago. Though it could be argued that anyone who knows what happened to Chechnya’s Russian population in the 1990s is unlikely to be indifferent to the topic of Russian-Caucasian relations.

But what about the “other side”? For the inhabitants of the North Caucasus the arrival of Russia was the most significant event in their history. It is considered that every self-respecting Vainakh needs to know several generations of his ancestors. Thus, every self-respecting Vainakh knows that his grandfather was deported, his great-grandfather fought the Russians, and his great-great-grandmother was burned alive together with the rest of the village. And there is not much one can do about it - after all, one can’t forbid people to have a knowledge of their own history! And it is not so long ago that those who now teach that history were delivering ammunition to heir fathers and older brothers who were fighting the Russian troops.

So why does Russia keep these territories, which are a perpetual source of tension and crime? Why does Russia direct its resources there, resources that have been literally confiscated from the Russian regions?

For that there is no rational explanation. The main premise of Russian propaganda is founded on intimidation. If Russia withdraws from the Caucasus, the argument goes, there will be a Caliphate which will seize NATO’s bases, start to launch attacks on Russia’s borders, and then move into Russia altogether to take up permanent residence there.

What all these “scarecrows” have in common is not only that they are terribly far from reality, but also that they do not take into account the possibility of economic, diplomatic and military influence on the adjacent territories. And those possibilities are very extensive - covering everything from air strikes to economic sanctions.

The real reasons for the retention of the Caucasus within Russia are, of course, different. And they come directly from the current “petroleum-fixated” Russian economy. Although Chechen oil is a mere drop in the ocean of Russia’s overall oil reserves, it is still worth some money.

Does it really need pointing out that dubious “geopolitical interests” of this kind are important to Russia only in its present abnormal “commodity” phase? And that they will no longer be important if Russia is able to climb down from the notorious “oil spike”?

It should be noted that the idea of separating the North Caucasus from Russia enjoys much popularity among a fair proportion of Russians. Those political organizations which are afraid to suggest this option for fear of its unpopularity are definitely mistaken. According to the Levada Centre, in 2005 69 % of Russia’s population expressed their support for the separation of Chechnya. A FOM poll of the same group found that 52 % had no confidence in the normalization of the situation in the republic. People are moved far more by the consideration of their own well-being and security than by the myths and tedious propaganda material they are fed from their television screens. And the more clearly we are aware of our of our own Russian interests, separating them from the interests of the business mafias, the officials and the state corporations, the closer we shall be to freeing ourselves of the Caucasus burden.

Our Muslim Nation’s endless sacrifices and the arrogant occupiers declining to accept the bitter realities

If we had to burn the educational institutions in Afghanistan then there wouldn’t have been 10 percent educational institutions left.

Question: Special envoy of USA for Afghanistan and Pakistan Hellbrook admitted last month that till now USA is unable to sew conflicts and dissension between the ranks of Taalibaans and were unsuccessful. In your last eight years, what hidden hands which you have observed were involved at Islamic Emirates Leadership level and in the ranks of Mujahideens and why USA is not successful in carrying out in dividing the Taalibans in different groups and what is the trade secrete behind it?

Answer:

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful,

Praise is due to Allah the Lord of the universe, and peace and blessings be upon the the superior of the prophets and messengers, the commander of the Mujahideen and his family and whoever stands on his methodology and strives in his path until the doomsday. And afterwards:

Unbelieving nations and in particular the occupying Americans in the Emirate of Afghanistan among the ranks of Mujahideen instigating internal rivalry and on collective level trying to destroy the Islamic Brotherhood, consistently searching for avenues to destroy the unity among their ranks, chalks out new programmes and planes new strategies and provide unconditional material support in due course. There extreme hatred and strategies filled with jealousy and malice are crystal clear but its not only that you can see what they are doing? Allaah subhanahu wata’ala in The Glorious Qur’an had warned the Muslims Fourteen Hundred Years back and has warned us about their enmity, conspiracies and their extreme malice in these words:

Allaah subhanahu wata’ala says:

Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can (Baqara :217)

Allaah subhanahu wata’ala is telling the Muslims how to counter all kinds of conspiracies of the enemies by showing the way, importance of singleness and unity. In the Holy Qur’an along with other decrees to abide by, it orders Muslims to follow strict unity among themselves and clearly forbidden internal conflicts and disagreements whatsoever. Allaah subhanahu wata’ala addresses this issue in the Holy Qur’an in such words:

And obey Allah and His Messenger and do not quarrel for then you will be weak in hearts and your power will depart, and be patient; surely Allah is with the patient (Al-Anfal :46)

Leaders of Islamic Emirate and all the Mujahideens give great value and importance that they all try their level best to be the living example of the words of Allaah subhanahu wata’ala blessed commands. All Praises be to Allaah! We can clearly see this obedience in the ranks of Mujahideens of the Islamic Emirate accountability and you can clearly see this chain of command and its quiet visible.

That is why when you look at the history of Islamic Ummah especially in the Battle of Ahzab [Forces of confederates] or Battle of Trench, since then there is no such example seen, as gathering of confederates [Disbelieving Forces] against Muslims in Afghanistan. A weak state destroyed by the long wars standing against the might and barbarism of the evil nations that got together and invaded and still that weak nation survived against them.

But Afghanistan and its Muslim Nation, only because of Allaah Subhanahu wata’ala’s “Help” and because of blessings of unity that eight years has been passed we still fighting against the disbelieving nations with patience, perseverance and with humbleness, fighting in the way of Allaah and receiving successes in difficulties, having mutual respect, honour and freedom passing their nights and days in brotherhood and unity.

If we look at the political history of all the nations and their creation, you will not see such kind of Movement and struggle that took place among them as in Islamic Emirate. Invasion by disbelieving nations, cowardly removed government by occupiers, resulting in no political power but they are having their cabinet in place and their authority and their link between people is Obedience to Command and it still continues wholeheartedly stronger then ever.

This bond of unity is the fundamental principle of Islamic Emirate’s leadership and from people’ side their constitutional obligation to fulfil which is decreed by Allaah subhanahu wata’ala in His Holy Qur’an for the Muslims brotherhood and unity.

Question: On personal level the enemy admits that the previous year was unsuccessful year for foreign forces and the Kabul Administration in terms of capturing and eliminating the Taalibans, so in current scenario Obama is sending more troops in Afghanistan, how you look at this militarily?

Answer: We had always said that in Afghanistan foreign invasion will be met with iron hands through Jihad of Afghanistan’s Muslim Nation resistance and have positive influence meaning every single day brings more successes. That is with the passage of every day Mujahideens are facing new techniques, improving our skills not only with the weaponry but in administrative areas gaining more experiences. and at the battle front valour against the enemy has its fruitful outcome and its awesome.

Obama planning to send more troops to Afghanistan in itself proves that current foreign forces are complete failure and has been defeated by the Mujahideens operations. They have lost the morale to fight and from the beginning closed all channels of diplomacy. If additional forces come to Afghanistan will have same defeat’s, will loose their Morales and will come under the wrath of attacks. Instead being effective in winning the war will face humiliating defeats with the Grace of Allaah subhanahu wata’ala.

Question: American politicians and Western experts admits this reality, that Taalibans are much more popular as compared to the Karzai Administration and have popular people support. But we can’t see anyone, who can help the people of this nation along with Taalibans, who can discuss different affairs and take advice or who can make them accountable or make them address the deprivation of the masses. How will you give hope and tranquility to your nation and if you have to address these?

Answer: The Jihad and resistance against Americans and all occupying forces, the epicentre is our this Mujahid nation. Until now we the Islamic Emirate stood against the Americans and received successes in reality this is the result due to endless sacrifices made the honourable common people of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and their martyrdoms operations. We honour these historical sacrifices that are done by our this Muslim Nation, we are deeply indebted to them and their sacrifices in this Jihad and resistance. In reality the nations this sacrifice, this love for martyrdom, for its Islamic nation and for the uplift and honour of Deen. We are one nation and one we are.

It won’t be an exaggeration in honouring our this Muslim Mujahid nation, and to be honest if you ask me to say words in their honour, respect, their excellence or the due rights that they deserve, one can not honour them in words, its not possible. If I wish to say me and nation, I can not bring “We” and “Nation” these words. I am not in favour of saying its two different words we are one.

And as for the fight against the disbelieving occupiers is concerned, our Jihad will continue until we secure our freedom, authority and achievement of Islamic System of Sovereignty. Our Mujahideens are sacrificing their necks for defending its Muslim nation.

The honour and respect of Muslim nation and its administration gets priority over all the different strategies.

Are there any talks going on currently? And if the reply is in negative then what is the motive behind circulating such false reports in the media and is there any possibility at all for dialogue in the future?

Answer: The endless sacrifices of our Muslim nation and the arrogant and barbarism of occupying forces, there are so many bitter realities that they are not ready to accept it. They will never imagine to accept the reality. Everything that happened we consider it to the Blessings of Allaah subhanahu wata’ala and of our Mujahid nation’s endless mujahideen and the blessings of these sacrifices as we consider it:

And Allah only gave it as a good news and that your hearts might be at ease thereby; and victory is only from Allah; surely Allah is Mighty, Wise (Al-Anfal :10)

These arrogant foreign occupires used to put hundreds of thousands of dollars head money on so many Mujahideens and use to discredit and dishonour their names and were made deprived of all those rights that Allaah subhanahu wata’ala’s through his Mercy given us.

But now due to the Blessings of Jihad and as you have said yourself, they send their words almost every month try to have dialogues and negotiations with us. They ask and send their requests, they are now preferring peaceful exit over confrontation.

As regarding the dialogues with Islamic Emirate is concerned, our stance regarding that and conditions are well publicised and it does not need further explanation or repetition over here.

These Americans invaders and their puppet institutions repeatedly broadcasting that we are open to dialogues and their realy objective is to make the masses believe that we are ready for solutions and dialogue but these Islamic Emirate people they prefer war over peace.

These barbaric and tyrant Americans are the most cunning and deceiving people on the face of earth. Their all power and their forces available to annihilate the weak masses, to have covet operations and in deceiving people in general.

They are even deceiving their own people. If they really preferred peace over war then why in the first place they invaded Afghanistan? At that time we were keen to have solutions for the problems that we were facing and opened ourselves to all kind of diplomacy but they in their arrogance didn’t pay attention and invaded us, putting all their weaponry by killing innocent Afghan nation, to displace them, to torture and captive them and were boasting about it. They are those who got together all the Cross Worshipping nations and started their brutality on this innocent Afghan nation. We are those Afghans who defeated Communists and we had respect and honour and did a great favor to all the nations of the world, but they killed our nation barbarically and gave us blood baths with our own blood and filled the dungeons all over the globe.

Due to this humiliation of Afghan nation and its weakness, the Helper of the Oppressed Allaah subhanahu wata’ala helped them and gave victory in the same historical place as were given before. This cunning and deceiving nation, with its arterial inhuman motives to gain control is now bragging about dialogues and peaceful solution.

Islamic Emirate at this critical juncture fighting in the way of Allaah and with Allaah’s help they are being victorious and successes are on its way and they have a strong positive stance that if Americans really want to end this oppression and want to resolve the issue then first they will have to abide by what we already told them complete and conditional withdrawal and if they came to have dialogue and peace they have to sit to make an exit strategy and if they came with concealed motives and want to deceive then what is making them stay behind? Question: Americans came up with new strategy in order to be successful involving China, India, Iran and Russia under the title of “TAMAS”. Involving all these countries into the problems of Afghanistan, how you perceive this step of Americans?

Answer: As we have already mentioned that Americans, unable to resist Afghan struggle under so many different conflicts popping up and to be successful. Now under these cumbersome circumstances they are begging those countries who use to be their rivals militarily, politically and economically to come to Afghanistan for their help and support.

Under the name of TAMAS it can not bring any good to Americans prevailing strategy in Afghanistan at any cost, because all these so called friends have their own vested interest and they look at things differently especially when Americans influence increases in terms of their forces, political or economically, they disagree regarding American expansionism. Americans do understand this very well, but their humiliated defeat in Afghanistan militarily all of it plans and threats with its good and bad results are mixed up and first they are given the gifts of friends and foes.

Question: In your previous tenure Islamic Emirate had made so many efforts and the policies were stern, Isalamic Sharia’a legal ways [exceptions and honour] among these two, much importance was given to honour, and on some occasions problems pertaining to human life, needs and divested masses were not addressed properly. Do you accept certain flaws in your previous tenure? And in coming days whether you are willing to undo those mistakes and address them and what hope you can offer to the nation?

Answer: You know yourself that at time war was imposed on us at different levels and directions by invisible hands. It was not that visible that masses could recognize it easily, but once Cross Worshippers invaded all those hidden hands were visible and everybody involved accepted that they were interfering. What I mean to say is, due to wars you are unable to pay attention to so many important area of national needs and on one part huge expenditure and burden fells on the economy and cracks your backbone and the secondly it diverted attention but still at that time, as the war was being contained, days were changing life was coming to normalancy, we were gaining experience but I will say that at that time more attention was given on how to reunite the Afghans, how to recollect life after war stricken country, how to stop the influence of foreigner in our country, how to put on track the derailed system of governance, and for so many different areas give and prepare grounds for other services needed for the nation make them available and another important point is those mistakes were at that time not now but what we see now what the enemies is propagating through its uncontrollable propaganda what I mean to say is, if there is a mistake on Mujahideen’s part the enemy will make a big fuss out of it and will repeat it over and over again on monthly basis with exaggerations on top of it but all those good and positive services that we had provided, no one talks about it you just put them and conceal it as if it never did happen.

Anyways, Islamic Emirate on some of its personnel level had its weaknesses and its doubts and we don’t claim that they were innocent and too pious as if we were angels, no we are human beings and human life in its totality is collection of experiences. We too from the good experiences of past will work on it and for the future ask from Allaah subhanahu wata’ala help, we will work for painstrucken Muslim Nation to set up one real Islamic life which will suffice all Islamic standards and human standards collectively to set up institutions, and in all our affairs ask goodness and strength and welfare of the human beings with love and care and this is Allaah subhanahu wata’ala great favours on His righteous slaves and may Allaah subhanahu wata’ala accepts us of His good slaves.

Question: Education and training that is the essence of Deen [Religion] and as well the worldy and human need. There is an objection on Islamic Emirate that it never paid serious attention to these areas. Kabul Administration says that women schools were burnt by Taalibans, how much truth lies in such allegations? Islamic Emirates in its current governance giving attention to these important aspects of life in terms of policies and procedures?

Answer: As per our resources Islamic Emirates authority had given special attention to the Education. We still in Islamic Emirates affairs we have commission for education and training and trying to equip our generations and to serve them and we even being in debt in doing so. As for as the allegation raised against burning of the educational institutions is concerned its just another baseless propaganda of our enemies but now the nation understands it, they acknowledge our efforts in this regards and they can’t be fooled anymore through such lies and fabrications. If we had to burn the educational institutions then you would not be able to see ten percent of it left. And as for as the enemies are concerned due to their fear they had built Army barricades all over the educational institutions and made save heavens of their administration and even made them training areas to take part in it and when these students take part in battles to win or to terrorize them, then they say Taalibaans were the one who exploded the institute and this is the reality which people look with their own eyes.

Question: Its been said that lately, that the Taaliban’s military and in Administrative wing have seen some vital appointments, due attention is given, kindly give detail explanation and in these sensitive matters and conditions why this need arised?

Answer: In Jihad, accountability, changes in the positions and removing or appointing someone plus obeying the higher command is the backbone and core. Islamic Emirate Higher Personnel pay special attention of his people daily affairs and their attitudes and at so many occasions the person in command of military affairs goes through command briefings and shares field expertise and his technical knowledge so they have to take steps accordingly. This is the reason that in the current year there has been a lot of reshuffling on so many different battle zones.

So these changes and appointments depends on excellence in piety and accountability along with expertise it encompasses everything. And at different territories, the way they work out operations, and how they finalize it by using their own experiences of the terrain and skills and the way we have seen it with our own eyes different execution in the systematic way and promoting and demoting personnel’s on different administrative and military levels produce good results and its very essential and the needs arise. If Allaah subhanahu wata’la willing such changes will bring fruitful results in Jihad areas for sure.

Question: SARK periodical, focusing on Afghan Mujahideen’s battle field operations, their national thought provocation and on their defence part, how you justify their efforts? how you look at their role and if any suggestions in this regard?

Answer: SARK journal, more than a year ago, was the first in Afghanistan’s broadcast media to start its Jihadi and Da’wa mission, on personal note I always looked forward to read something of this sort and whenever I came across it I read it article in depth.

At that time on the horizon of Afghanistan’s printing media a new journal “SARK” appeared and so many different newspapers claimed free independent news coverage and took the credits for it but SARK is the first one to give practically raised voice to not only freedom but the right to self governance infront of its enemies and proved itself and its presence. All members of SARK till now been honest to their journalistic ethics which is their national and Islamic duty and accountability which they conveyed and I pray to Allaah Jalah Jalalahu to give more successes.

Question: what is your message to Afghan people?

Answer: Message is until we have freed our nation with the blessings of our sacrifices, we will not be freed from these occupiers. Our Religion and our nation will be under consistent threat until we have our own self governance without any foreign interference. So our first priority should be to reunite our ranks for Jihad and to support the Mujahideens we have to help them, we have to be with them in their ranks, disbelievers are not only enemies of Taalibs [student], Mulla [cleric] or Mujahid but they are enemies of Islam and the Muslims in general and they have invaded all of their lands, so we should all stand against them together and fight them and understand this reality until you unleash your swords and make the enemy run from our beloved lands till then we can not say that we have freed our nation and if the enemy wanted to leaves this territory without war then why it invaded us in the first place? So I ask all the Muslims to pay special attention! The enemy is full of cunningness and deception and all that he says that we are the friends, what they say through their mouths practically they don’t abide but it. What it conceal in his breast is totally different and it has hidden objectives but we know the reality and we know the way to success and that is the honourable way of Jihad.

This week marks the end of the dollar’s reign as the world’s reserve currency. It marks the start of a terrible period of economic and political decline in the United States. And it signals the last gasp of the American imperium. That’s over. It is not coming back. And what is to come will be very, very painful.

Barack Obama, and the criminal class on Wall Street, aided by a corporate media that continues to peddle fatuous gossip and trash talk as news while we endure the greatest economic crisis in our history, may have fooled us, but the rest of the world knows we are bankrupt. And these nations are damned if they are going to continue to prop up an inflated dollar and sustain the massive federal budget deficits, swollen to over $2 trillion, which fund America’s imperial expansion in Eurasia and our system of casino capitalism. They have us by the throat. They are about to squeeze.

There are meetings being held Monday and Tuesday in Yekaterinburg, Russia, (formerly Sverdlovsk) among Chinese President Hu Jintao, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and other top officials of the six-nation Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The United States, which asked to attend, was denied admittance. Watch what happens there carefully. The gathering is, in the words of economist Michael Hudson, “the most important meeting of the 21st century so far.”

It is the first formal step by our major trading partners to replace the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. If they succeed, the dollar will dramatically plummet in value, the cost of imports, including oil, will skyrocket, interest rates will climb and jobs will hemorrhage at a rate that will make the last few months look like boom times. State and federal services will be reduced or shut down for lack of funds. The United States will begin to resemble the Weimar Republic or Zimbabwe. Obama, endowed by many with the qualities of a savior, will suddenly look pitiful, inept and weak. And the rage that has kindled a handful of shootings and hate crimes in the past few weeks will engulf vast segments of a disenfranchised and bewildered working and middle class. The people of this class will demand vengeance, radical change, order and moral renewal, which an array of proto-fascists, from the Christian right to the goons who disseminate hate talk on Fox News, will assure the country they will impose.

I called Hudson, who has an article in Monday’s Financial Times called “The Yekaterinburg Turning Point: De-Dollarization and the Ending of America’s Financial-Military Hegemony.” “Yekaterinburg,” Hudson writes, “may become known not only as the death place of the czars but of the American empire as well.” His article is worth reading, along with John Lanchester’s disturbing exposé of the world’s banking system, titled “It’s Finished,” which appeared in the May 28 issue of the London Review of Books.

“This means the end of the dollar,” Hudson told me. “It means China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Iran are forming an official financial and military area to get America out of Eurasia. The balance-of-payments deficit is mainly military in nature. Half of America’s discretionary spending is military. The deficit ends up in the hands of foreign banks, central banks. They don’t have any choice but to recycle the money to buy U.S. government debt. The Asian countries have been financing their own military encirclement. They have been forced to accept dollars that have no chance of being repaid. They are paying for America’s military aggression against them. They want to get rid of this.”

China, as Hudson points out, has already struck bilateral trade deals with Brazil and Malaysia to denominate their trade in China’s yuan rather than the dollar, pound or euro. Russia promises to begin trading in the ruble and local currencies. The governor of China’s central bank has openly called for the abandonment of the dollar as reserve currency, suggesting in its place the use of the International Monetary Fund’s Special Drawing Rights. What the new system will be remains unclear, but the flight from the dollar has clearly begun. The goal, in the words of the Russian president, is to build a “multipolar world order” which will break the economic and, by extension, military domination by the United States. China is frantically spending its dollar reserves to buy factories and property around the globe so it can unload its U.S. currency. This is why Aluminum Corp. of China made so many major concessions in the failed attempt to salvage its $19.5 billion alliance with the Rio Tinto mining concern in Australia. It desperately needs to shed its dollars.

“China is trying to get rid of all the dollars they can in a trash-for-resource deal,” Hudson said. “They will give the dollars to countries willing to sell off their resources since America refuses to sell any of its high-tech industries, even Unocal, to the yellow peril. It realizes these dollars are going to be worthless pretty quickly.”

The architects of this new global exchange realize that if they break the dollar they also break America’s military domination. Our military spending cannot be sustained without this cycle of heavy borrowing. The official U.S. defense budget for fiscal year 2008 is $623 billion, before we add on things like nuclear research. The next closest national military budget is China’s, at $65 billion, according to the Central Intelligence Agency.

There are three categories of the balance-of-payment deficits. America imports more than it exports. This is trade. Wall Street and American corporations buy up foreign companies. This is capital movement. The third and most important balance-of-payment deficit for the past 50 years has been Pentagon spending abroad. It is primarily military spending that has been responsible for the balance-of-payments deficit for the last five decades. Look at table five in the Balance of Payments Report, published in the Survey of Current Business quarterly, and check under military spending. There you can see the deficit.

To fund our permanent war economy, we have been flooding the world with dollars. The foreign recipients turn the dollars over to their central banks for local currency. The central banks then have a problem. If a central bank does not spend the money in the United States then the exchange rate against the dollar will go up. This will penalize exporters. This has allowed America to print money without restraint to buy imports and foreign companies, fund our military expansion and ensure that foreign nations like China continue to buy our treasury bonds. This cycle appears now to be over. Once the dollar cannot flood central banks and no one buys our treasury bonds, our empire collapses. The profligate spending on the military, some $1 trillion when everything is counted, will be unsustainable.

“We will have to finance our own military spending,” Hudson warned, “and the only way to do this will be to sharply cut back wage rates. The class war is back in business. Wall Street understands that. This is why it had Bush and Obama give it $10 trillion in a huge rip-off so it can have enough money to survive.”

The desperate effort to borrow our way out of financial collapse has promoted a level of state intervention unseen since World War II. It has also led us into uncharted territory.

“We have in effect had to declare war to get us out of the hole created by our economic system,” Lanchester wrote in the London Review of Books. “There is no model or precedent for this, and no way to argue that it’s all right really, because under such-and-such a model of capitalism … there is no such model. It isn’t supposed to work like this, and there is no road-map for what’s happened.”

The cost of daily living, from buying food to getting medical care, will become difficult for all but a few as the dollar plunges. States and cities will see their pension funds drained and finally shut down. The government will be forced to sell off infrastructure, including roads and transport, to private corporations. We will be increasingly charged by privatized utilities—think Enron—for what was once regulated and subsidized. Commercial and private real estate will be worth less than half its current value. The negative equity that already plagues 25 percent of American homes will expand to include nearly all property owners. It will be difficult to borrow and impossible to sell real estate unless we accept massive losses. There will be block after block of empty stores and boarded-up houses. Foreclosures will be epidemic. There will be long lines at soup kitchens and many, many homeless. Our corporate-controlled media, already banal and trivial, will work overtime to anesthetize us with useless gossip, spectacles, sex, gratuitous violence, fear and tawdry junk politics. America will be composed of a large dispossessed underclass and a tiny empowered oligarchy that will run a ruthless and brutal system of neo-feudalism from secure compounds. Those who resist will be silenced, many by force. We will pay a terrible price, and we will pay this price soon, for the gross malfeasance of our power elite.

Imaam Anwar al-’Awlaki said,

“So they (America) are failing, and Mrs. Bernard and her cronies at RAND and the Pentagon should know that their plan would fail because Allah is the best of planners, and that the fundamentalists and extremists - whom they despise - are not only going to win in Afghanistan and ‘Iraaq, but they will continue their march until they drive your people, the Jews, out of the Holy Land and plant their black banners on the rooftops of Jerusalem.”

“From the greatest of sins which are hidden – and widely practiced – is that the servant is enjoying a blessing that Allah has blessed him with and chosen for him, then that servant becomes bored of it and seeks to exchange it for what he thinks – due to his ignorance – is better for him than it, and His Lord continues to be merciful to him and does not prevent him from this blessing, and He excuses him due to his ignorance and this bad choice that he has chosen for himself. When he reaches the limit in scorning this blessing and his boredom with it overcomes him, Allah removes this blessing from him. So, if he is given what he sought in exchange for that blessing, and he sees the immense difference between what he was previously enjoying and and what he has now been given instead of it, his anxiety and regret increase and he requests a return to what he previously had. So, if Allah desires good and guidance for His servant, He allows him to bear witness that what he had was a blessing from the blessings of Allah upon him, and He causes him to become pleased with that blessing and to give thanks to Allah for it. If his soul then whispers to him to again seek to exchange that blessing for something else, he makes istikharah to His Lord, the istikharah of the one who is ignorant of what is in his best interests and unable to attain them. He turns his affairs to Allah, requesting of Him to help him make the best decision.

And there is nothing more harmful to the servant than to become bored of the blessings of Allah, because he does not see it as a blessing, and he does not thank Allah for it, and does not become happy because of it. Rather, he belittles it, complains about it and considers it to be a disaster – all this while it can well be from the greatest of Allah’s blessings upon him.

Most people have a feeling of enmity towards Allah’s blessings upon them, and they do not percieve that this opening that Allah has given them is actually a blessing, and they exert the utmost effort in repelling it and pushing it away out of ignorance and oppression. So, how many are those whom Allah’s blessings comes to one of them, and they rise to repel and fight against it? And how many are those whom the blessing comes to one of them and he strives to push it away and brush it to the side out of ignorance and oppression?

Allah – the Exalted – says: {“And this is because Allah would not change a blessing that He has blessed a people with unless they change what is within themselves.”} [al-Anfal; 53]
The one who is devoid of logic loses his chance * Until the affair passes him by. Then, he blames predestination.”

1 - Ibn Hajar al-’Asqalani narrated that Abu Ahmad bin ‘Udayy said:

“I heard a number of the scholars of Baghdad say that when al-Bukhari arrived in Baghdad, the scholars of Hadith heard of this, and gathered together to test his memorization. So, they gathered a hundred ahadith and scrambled their texts and chains, putting the text of this hadith with the chain of a different one, and the text of that hadith with the chain of a different one, etc. They then divided these hundred ahadith between ten individuals, so that each man had ten ahadith. These men were then told to narrate these scrambled ahadith to al-Bukhari when they arrived at the scheduled gathering.

So, they attended the gathering, as did a group of strangers from Khurasan and Baghdad. When the guests were comfortable, one of the ten men turned to al-Bukhari and asked him about one of the ahadith that were with him. So, al-Bukhari said: “I do not recognize it.” The man continued narrating each hadith, one after the other, until he had narrated all ten, with al-Bukhari saying to each one: “I do not recognize it.” The scholars who were present at the gathering began turning to each other in surprise, and whoever did not follow the incident to the end would judge al-Bukhari to be deficient, inept, and of bad memory.

The second of the ten men then turned to al-Bukhari to ask him about another of these scrambled ahadith, to which al-Bukhari said: “I don’t recognize it.” He was asked about another, to which he said: “I don’t recognize it.” The man continued narrating each hadith, one after the other, until he had narrated all ten, with al-Bukhari saying to each one: “I do not recognize it.” The third of the men then turned to al-Bukhari, followed by the fourth man, until all ten men had asked about these hundred scrambled ahadith, with al-Bukhari responding to each of them with nothing more than: “I don’t recognize it.”When he saw that they had narrated all that they had, al-Bukhari turned to the first man, saying: “As for your first hadith, you narrated such-and-such, while what is correct is actually such-and-such. As for your second hadith, you said this, while the correct narration is actually that,” doing the same for the third, fourth, and all the way until he finished with the last man, returning each text to its proper chain, and each chain to its proper text, with all hundred ahadith.”

“And what Hashid bin Isma’il described regarding their days of studying in Basrah together has already been mentioned, in which al-Bukhari would memorize everything that he heard, and never had to write anything down.”

2 - Ibn Hajar also narrated that Abu al-Azhar said:

“There were around 400 scholars of Hadith in Samarqand, and they all gathered together to try to cause Muhammad bin Isma’il al-Bukhari to make a mistake. So, in order to test him, they mixed the chains of Sham with the chains of Iraq, and the chains of Iraq with the chains of Sham, and the chains of the Haram with the chains of Yemen.

With all of this, they were unable to cause him to make a single mistake.”

3 - Abu Ja’far al-Warraq narrated:

“I asked Abu ‘Abdillah Muhammad bin Isma’il al-Bukhari: “How old were you when you began seeking knowledge of Hadith?”

He replied: “I was inspired to study Hadith while I was still memorizing the Qur’an.”

I asked him: “And how old were you at the time?”

He replied: “Ten years or younger. I finished memorizing it at ten. Then, I went to ad-Dakhili and others to study Hadith. One day, he said, when he was teaching to the people: “Sufyan narrated to us on the authority of Abu az-Zubayr, who narrated to us on the authority of Ibrahim…” So, I said: “O Abu Fulan! Abu az-Zubayr did not narrate on the authority of Ibrahim!” So, he looked at me annoyingly, and I said to him: “Go back to your books and verify this for yourself, if you have them.” So, he went and looked, then he came out and said: “So, what is the correct chain, boy?” I said: “Rather, it is az-Zubayr bin ‘Udayy who narrated from Ibrahim.” So, he took a pen, corrected his notes, and told me: “You are correct.”

Some of those listening to this story asked al-Bukhari: “How old were you when you corrected him like this?”

He answered: “Eleven. When I reached the age of 16, I had memorized all of the books of Ibn al-Mubarak and Waki’. Afterwards, I went out with my mother and brother to Makkah. When I performed the Hajj, my brother returned, and I stayed with my mother studying Hadith. When I was 18, I began to write a book of the narrations of the Sahabah and Tabi’in (now known as ‘at-Tarikh’).””

4 - Sulayman bin Shu’bah said:

“The students of Abu Dawud wrote over 40,000 ahadith from him, and he did not refer to a book to narrate any of them.”

“Ahmad bin Hambal had memorized one million ahadith (including those which are weak and authentic).”

6 - It was narrated that Shaykh Sulayman al-’Alwan had completed memorization of the Qur’an by the time he was 18, and had memorized the texts of and studied the explanations of the following: ‘Kitab at-Tawhid,’ ‘al-Wasitiyyah,’ ‘al-Hamawiyyah,’ ‘al-Bayquniyyah,’ ”Umdat al-Ahkam,’ ‘al-Ajrumiyyah,’ ‘Nukhbat al-Fikr,’ ‘ar-Rahbiyyah,’ ‘Bulugh al-Maram,’ ‘al-Usul ath-Thalathah,’ ‘al-Waraqat,’ ‘Mulhat al-I’rab,’ ‘al-Alfiyyah,’ ‘Kashf ash-Shubuhat,’ as well as the six books of Hadith of al-Bukhari, Muslim, at-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, an-Nasa’i, and Ibn Majah by the time he was in his twenties!
